Project Architect

Location: Dallas ... Our Client is an award-winning and internationally published Studio working on one-of-a-kind high-end residential projects offering a full service including architecture design, interiors, furniture, and art. They have been featured in leading publications such as Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, HGTV, Forbes, and NY Times. Currently, we are seeking a Project Architect with a minimum of 5-7 years of post-bachelor degree professional experience in Architecture with a focus on Residential Architecture. • Ability to work on different projects through various phases with different demands, different clients, and different issues with last-minute requests that can be hard to anticipate while meeting internal and client deadlines • Ability to have Clear, consistent, and frequent friendly client communication is essential • You will act as a liaison between the Principal, Directors, Junior staff, vendors, clients, and consultants • You will attend project meetings, participate in programming, space planning, job site visits, design presentations, vendor/representative coordination, review shop drawings, and answer requests for information with project contractors and consultants.
