Project Architect/Job Captain We have an immediate need for a full or part time in-house Project Architect/Job Captain for an Architectural Company. The candidate must have the following qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (Preferred) - Proficiency in AutoCAD (REQUIRED) - At least 5 + years experience, Must have worked at an Architectural Design Firm - Sketch-Up 3D rendering abilities (Preferred) - Experience in a variety of commercial projects and with all phases of design and construction - Strong design and graphic skills - Experience with Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Powerpoint - Proficiency in Adobe software - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Professional appearance and work ethic - Familiarity with California permitting process Fast paced work environment.
