Project Architect

Tasks outlined, but not limited to those listed • Provide creative architectural solutions to various project conditions by drawing on expertise built on experience and education. • Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes for all assigned projects. • Internal project leadership to Studio+ team members responsible for the creation of design documents focusing on design details, architectural best practices, and design excellence. • Architectural drafting and BIM modeling that represent Studio+’s expertise and design intent to clients, contractors, and engineers. • Coordination with engineers while maintaining BIM files throughout the life of the project.
