Project Architect / Designer – High-End Residential (Cold Spring, NY) Boutique architecture firm in Cold Spring, NY seeking a talented Project Architect/Designer with 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design. Key Responsibilities: • Lead projects from concept through construction • Develop detailed Revit/BIM models and construction documents • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors • Manage timelines, budgets, and site coordination Requirements: • B.Arch or M.Arch • Strong Revit/BIM expertise • Experience in luxury/custom residential projects • Knowledge of NY building codes • Must be local or willing to relocate (in-studio role) Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Enscape/Lumion, Bluebeam
