Project Architect | Higher Ed, Civic, Religious & Mixed-Use Design (Charlotte, NC or Columbia, SC)

This role is ideal for a technically strong architect who enjoys leading project teams, solving complex design and construction challenges, and delivering thoughtful, high-quality projects across higher education, civic, religious and mixed-use sectors. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers, principals, consultants, and clients while taking ownership of project execution from design development through construction administration. Lead the development and coordination of construction documents and technical project deliverables. Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM project delivery workflows. Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, building systems, and construction administration.
