The Project Architect (PA) is integral to the success of projects at GGLO. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for specific areas of the project design and development as assigned by project leaders • Responsible for developing project drawings, models, images, and documents as directed by project leaders • Understand design decisions and formulate these into presentations for discussion • Maintain meticulous documentation of design decisions and communications • Evaluate, record, and advise the project team on jurisdictional building codes and regulations • Maintain thorough knowledge of and compliance with GGLO procedures, technology, and standards • Assist where required in the coordination of the internal design team • Responsible for coordination and communication with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints • Remain current on evolving and innovative building technologies relative to mid-rise podium buildings • Mentor junior staff members and provide support and guidance as needed
