Must have a bachelor degree Must have Hospitality or Multifamily residential experience Must be efficient in AutoCAD and Revit | Sketch up, or other skills a plus Preparation and assembly of concept, design development, and construction document – basically plans ready for building permit submittal. Successful candidates will manage internal and external relationships with team members and will be responsible for keeping schedules, checking and reviewing work, and quality control.
