Job Title: Project Architect The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Architect will work closely with contractors and other team members to ensure that all project requirements are met. Responsibilities: • Oversee the design and construction of various projects, from conception to completion • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets • Work closely with contractors to understand their needs and ensure that project requirements are met • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget • Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and comply with all relevant regulations and codes • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods • Proficiency in Revit, and other design software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
