We are looking for a highly motivated, talented individual with strong communication and design skills. Responsibilities: Plan construction drawings for residential and commercial projects Attend site meetings for construction administration services Document preparation for municipal presentations and building permit applications Attend client/contractor meetings Specifications preparation Product research Qualifications: Professional degree in architecture and/or interior design 5-7 years of related work experience Registration preferred but not required Strong technical knowledge with design sensibility Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficient Experience in high- end residential and commercial construction Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience Benefits package Full or part-time position available Qualified and interested applicants should submit a PDF (file size not to exceed 10MB)of their resume and a select body of professional work/portfolio and salary requirements to officemanager@whalenarchitecture.com.
