Project Assistant

Project Assistant ITALdoors a locally owned for 14 years full line fine doors company is seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient assistant project manager to join our team. In this role, you will work with the project manager to coordinate and accomplish the necessary project tasks and requirements. Pay: 3,500-4,000 Monthly Candidate will assist Project Manager with the following: Project Assistant Requirements and Qualifications: 2+ years experience as an assistant to Project management Bachelors Degree is ideal Knowledgeable in construction / installation of doors and Interior design Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other management software Organized and detail-oriented Skilled collaborator Excels in a high-paced work environment Strong communication skills Ability to multi- task effectively Focused and supportive to management Self-starter who works well independently Adaptable and calm under pressure Ability to read plans and specifications Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work overtime - Must be able to work Saturday (when needed) and Holidays (occasionally) Assist in the process of releasing completed project to the full satisfaction of the client and resolves any job closeout items. Performs additional assignments as requested by management.
