Key Responsibilities • Assist in managing all project phases, including concept development, design development, documentation, construction administration, and project closeout • Support the VP of Design and Interior Designer in client communications, helping to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction • Aid in preparing proposals, organizing contract documentation, and supporting budget, schedule, and resource tracking • Contribute to design development, space planning, material and finish selections, and FF&E specifications • Assist in ensuring that designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements • Support the review of construction documents, shop drawings, and submittals under the guidance of senior staff • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members • Assist with coordinating project team activities and fostering a collaborative work environment • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through • Support the identification and resolution of design, technical, or constructability issues • Help monitor project progress and assist in identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies • Assist in documenting and processing change orders and contract modification Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or higher in architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred • Multi family & senior housing experience preferred.
