This position works primarily in the coordination of design, planning, budgeting, and purchasing for the firm’s residential construction projects. Ideal candidates have education and/or experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction (a design degree is preferred for this role.) \\- Insure all selections are within budget; Issue change orders for upgrades & overages \\- Purchasing: Price and order materials with vendors; product research, pricing, samples, specs \\- Management of projects on the Co-Construct software platform (training provided) \\- Support the Project Manager and Owner \\- Other duties as assigned or required \\- Employee will work out of our office in South Austin, near Barton Springs REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS \\- Extremely well organized, detail oriented personality \\- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, finish schedules, and budgets \\- Tech Savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, Mac OS; Strong Typing Skills; \\- Bachelors degree at minimum. in Design, Construction, or Business is preferred.
