Job Description: We're looking for a professional, energetic, willing to learn & a tech-savvy individual who has knowledge in the residential construction field, to act as a customer service rep and dispatcher managing our employees on the field at client homes across Orange County. You will be reporting directly to our operation manager about the status of the project, making sure if there are any issues that need to be resolved and be a great communicator. You're in charge of making sure if there are any concerns or issues arise with our clients to relay to our back-office team & operations in order to resolve and make sure the projects go smoothly and keep our clients happy with the level of service & satisfaction we thrive to accomplish. • Techy savvy: o Above average typing skills o Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word) o Familiar with iPad & Smartphones o Utilize all the apps & Google Apps, YouTube, Gmail Etc.
