Maintain and update project schedules and budgets in collaboration with design leads. Prepare pricing documentation for client presentations and internal records. Experience 2+ years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative role, ideally within an interior design or architecture firm. Strong follow-up skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams, with clients, and with vendors.
