Client & Site CoordinationConduct site briefings with clients before work startsBe the main point of contact during renovation phaseManage client expectations and update progress regularlyHandle feedback, concerns, and issue resolution3. Contractor & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure all works follow drawings and specificationsMonitor workmanship quality and site safetyManage deliveries, materials, and installation schedules4. Site SupervisionConduct regular site inspectionsTrack progress vs timelineEnsure compliance with design intent and technical drawingsIdentify and resolve on-site issues quickly5. Budget & Variation Order (VO) ManagementTrack project costs and ensure budget controlPrepare and manage Variation Orders (VOs)during project stageGet client approval for any changes before execution6.
