Responsibilities:
Review and breakout contract form Sales
Create Submittal packets
Order and distribute samples from vendor to customer
Work closely with vendors on pricing and securing material needed for each project
Setup project in SAP software
Setup project and monitor in Monday.com
Create purchase order logs for purchaser
Track all materials to ensure materials are available to meet installation dates
Set up will calls and deliveries for installers and field managers
Key all orders in SAP software
Create work orders and diagrams for installers
Process installer payroll
Communicate with vendors, installers, General Contractors

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Project Coordination, or a related field
Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple distractions
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Reliable and self-motivated team player
Pay range: $27-$30/hour plus benefits
