You will help manage our construction projects in-office by assisting the field project managers with all construction needs. Responsibilities: Office Responsibilities: Hire and manage sub-contractors in the field Scheduling trades, subcontractors, inspections to ensure projects start and finish on time Coordination for all trades in the field, coordinating smooth transitions between trade Problem-solving and resourceful management to efficiently move projects through stages of construction Systems improvements for standard operating procedures to help improve efficiency, quality of the product, strong communication with the client, and, of course, a beautiful home and end-result Ordering materials for the project and making sure materials arrive on time and trades are aware Budgeting projects with the field project manager to make sure trades are fairly compensated and on budget Quality control for projects to ensure quality construction, beautiful high- end finishes! Projects Responsibilities: Coordination with project manager in the field, architect, interior designer, and all other trades in construction Pulling Permits, coordination, and research with the city Maintain & Manage Timeline & Schedules on a daily basis Schedule Pick up/Drop off materials, receive Deliveries, create Contracts/Sub- Agreements Document Daily Updates for project management software to ensure all areas of construction are covered. Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration, construction, or project management Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Experience with Excel, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Buildertrend a plus!
