Project Designer

DUST is small by design. The Project Designer will work closely with the Principals and team on all phases of design and documentation. The position requires curiosity, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. Qualifications • Interest in DUST’s design ethos and hands-on approach to architecture • Strong design sensibility and technical understanding • Professional degree in Architecture (Master’s not required) • 1-5 years of professional experience in an architecture practice • Proficiency with CAD, Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Position Details • Full-time, in-studio position based in Tucson, AZ • Opportunity to work on residential, civic, and nature-focused community projects • Collaborative studio environment with a healthy work-life balance • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
