We are looking for a technically-minded designer who understands that great design is grounded in buildability. What You Will Do Design Development: Participate in all project phases, including programming, conceptual design, and design development, translating client visions into functional architectural plans.Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive construction document sets (plans, sections, elevations, and details) with a focus on accuracy and clarity.BIM Leadership: Execute projects primarily in Revit and AutoCAD, maintaining high standards for model health and drawing organization.Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of the IBC (International Building Code) and local zoning ordinances to ensure all designs meet life safety and accessibility requirements.Project Lifecycle Coordination: Manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews during the Construction Administration phase.Collaboration: Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil engineers to integrate all systems into the architectural design.
