The Project Designer will support other Project Designers in the quality review of design deliverables and assist in the onboarding and training of new team members. The designer will produce mood, material, and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision and will participate in both internal and consultant meetings. A key aspect of this role is to provide extensive and rapid knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources to the team, while also being encouraged to be wildly creative and push the boundaries of design. Candidates should have at least two years of design experience within the commercial real estate market and a Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related discipline or field of study, or a Bachelor's degree in another major with an Interior Design Certification, Degree, or Diploma. , • Must be able to lead a team effort, and delegate work to all team members to enable them to work independently.
