Project Designer

Join a company committed to making customers’ dream homes a reality! Quality PM is a trusted renovation & construction firm, and we are looking to expand our Project Design team. This position will work closely with our clients, team members, and vendors to complete the designs and selections for our renovation & new construction projects. Compensation ... $60,000 - $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Guide each client through the process from initial consultation through the final signoff meeting • Create designs that meet the functionality and budgetary needs of our clients • Accompany clients to all vendor appointments and make sure all necessary selections are made • Conduct site measures, design meetings, selection appointments, a sign-off meeting, and a job walk-throughs for each project • Prepare and present all pricing to clients, in order to determine their final decisions • Develop floorplans, renderings, and a detailed job site install packet, based on the final job scope • Place orders for all materials needed to complete the project • Work with the sales and estimating departments, contractors, vendors, and project managers to meet job requirements Qualifications: • Strong design aesthetic and creative vision • Proficiency with Chief Architect (or comparable design software) • Excellent project management communication abilities • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills • Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple projects at once • Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a design-related field About Company Our primary goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients by delivering them a superior finished product, along with an enjoyable and efficient process.
