Project Designer (Cincinnati/Columbus, Ohio or Greensboro, North Carolina)

As a Project Designer at SHP, you'll gain hands-on experience contributing to projects across education, civic, and workplace markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career architect to learn the full architectural process, collaborate with a supportive design team, and build a foundation for long-term growth in a creative, community-focused environment. If you are eager to learn, excited to contribute, and passionate about architecture that makes an impact, this is the role for you. • Exposure to education, civic, or commercial/institutional projects is a plus but not required.
