Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with space planning toolsStrong design sensibility with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyEnthusiasm for learning, growing, and contributing to a collaborative team

Responsibilities

Design Support & Space Planning

Assist in the development of space plans, furniture layouts, and product specificationsSupport the selection of finishes, fabrics, and materials for client projectsPrepare design presentations and sample boards in coordination with the Senior DesignerProduce accurate drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and planning guidesProject Coordination & Process Support

Collaborate closely with Senior Design and our team of Sales Account Managers throughout the project lifecycleReview product specifications and documentation for accuracy and completenessHelp prepare installation drawings and support team handoffsCommunication & Teamwork

Participate in internal design reviews and project meetingsPresent design concepts to internal teams with clarity and professionalismMaintain organized project files and support documentation throughout each project phase
