Responsibilities... • Coordinates, organizes and leads design teams for medium to large scale projects • Works closely with Government Account Managers to provide stellar service to our clients • Plans, schedules and directs the development of interior project requirements Develops documents for conformance with design concepts and construction administration activities • Delivers client presentations • Performs specific project interior design, space planning, and development tasks including drawings, calculations, cost estimates and FF&E specifications • Serve as client's point of contact for questions, comments, and requests • Provides client with feedback and follow-up • Reviews and understand drawings/concepts prepared by others • Participates in meetings and activities, remotely and in-person • Performs as a team-player • Reads, responds, and develops FF&E bids and responses 3 or more years of Furniture / Space Planning Design experience. Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Furniture / Space Planning Design: 5 years (Required) • CET: 3 years (Required)
