Project Designer, Interiors

In this role, you will drive concept development, produce high-quality design deliverables, and ensure design intent is carried through construction. Lead interior design efforts from concept through construction administrationPrepare and coordinate design presentations, plans, elevations, and detailed drawingsEnsure alignment between design intent and construction documentationReview documents for quality, code compliance, and coordination across all project phasesCollaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and implement design solutionsManage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and workflow for small to mid-sized projectsSupport material selection, value analysis, and cost alignmentOversee design changes and resolve project-related challengesGuide and mentor junior staff; may supervise 1–3 team membersAssist with proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations/interviewsContribute to project profitability through effective resource management and cost awareness The salary range for this position is $85,065 - $127,281. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case.
