Project Director - Residential Design & Construction

We are seeking a Project Developer to lead the architectural design and client development process from Design Agreement through construction handoff. You’ll guide schematic planning, manage the client experience, and lead internal progress toward construction readiness. You will be responsible for creating the project budget by collaborating closely with the Estimator and Interior Designer to align scope, selections, budget, and feasibility. • Strong background in architectural planning and client-facing design development. Schedule & Location • Monday–Friday, standard business hours • In-office leadership role with regular job site visits • Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to North Kingstown, RI
