Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and deliver accurate estimates. • Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to align estimates with project goals, timelines, and client expectations. • 2+ years of relevant estimating or construction experience; commercial flooring experience strongly preferred. • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong vendor and client relationships.
