• Produce detailed and concise architectural millwork proposals/bids with cost, materials, and labor estimates for commercial projects with speed and accuracy from architectural and interior design drawings • Work with GC's/clients regarding all aspects of project proposals, bidding, and negotiation • Background in architectural millwork is a must. • Strong knowledge of and ability to read all aspects of construction drawings • 5 years minimum experience in architectural millwork and estimating.
