The position requires someone who is a professional, highly motivated, strategic, and a self starter. • Oversee and manage Model Home installation days from prep through final walkthrough ensuring that the company brand and reputation is withheld and maintained throughout the projects and while providing both internal and external professionalism and customer service with all of our clients, vendors and partners • Unpack, inspect, and organize product deliveries, furniture, decor, and accessories • Pack and prepare items as needed for transport or staging both while the job is in all stages of development • Install furniture, decor, art, and other design elements according to project specifications with receiving, art hangers, and assistant installers • Manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery • Coordinate, schedule, hire and manage teams and subcontractors involved in installation and organization • Maintain, update, print, and post install decks, room signs, purchase orders, spec sheets, and other project documentation (e.g., Etsy art for model) • Work closely with the design team to confirm layouts, product needs, and resolve any issues during installation with problem-solving skills • Communicate effectively with vendors, delivery teams, clients, and internal teams to coordinate project details while exhibiting professionalism and flexibility at all times • Track, report, and assist with reordering missing or damaged items promptly, working closely with the procurement team • Create and maintain clear installation guides and documentation for both internal use and client reference • Ensure job site cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards at all times • Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues on-site to maintain quality and client satisfaction • Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols. Qualifications • 2+ years experience in professional organizing, interior installations, interior design, home staging or project management • Excellent time management, coordination, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail, with an eye for clean, organized, and styled spaces • Familiarity with interior design projects, interior styling, and art selection • Ability to lift/move furniture, bins, art, and home goods up to 20 lbs.
