• Provide leadership to the client and project team in establishment of the project goals and vision. • Lead the design development of the project’s goals through all phases of the project (the Pursuit, Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Design, Construction Administration). • Experience leading a high performing team is preferred.
