Project Interior Designer

The Project Interior Designer serves as the primary creative and client-facing leader for assigned luxury residential projects at Blue Heron. The Project Interior Designer leads day-to-day project execution, client communication, and coordination with internal and external partners, operating within Blue Heron’s established interior standards, design philosophy, and budgetary frameworks. • Own the interiors scope for both experience and margin, balancing design excellence with budget and schedule considerations. • Contribute to the evolution of the Blue Heron Interior Design Experience, interior standards, tools, and training. • Exceptional ability to lead client-facing conversations with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and clear communication.
