Project Interior Designer

The Project Interior Designer leads day-to-day project execution, client communication, and coordination with internal and external partners, operating within Blue Heron’s established interior standards, design philosophy, and budgetary frameworks. Lead the full interior design experience for assigned luxury residential projects from conception through completion. Own the interiors scope for both experience and margin, balancing design excellence with budget and schedule considerations. Contribute to the evolution of the Blue Heron Interior Design Experience, interior standards, tools, and training. Exceptional ability to lead client-facing conversations with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and clear communication.
