Project Interior Designer

As the Project Interior Designer, you will… • Oversee the development of BIM/Revit design and documentation of drawings. • Ensure adherence to The Lionakis Way standards for design, quality control, and production related to project management, and contribute to further development of these standards. • Advise project leaders on client and consultant requested changes to the scope of work, determine the impact on the project budget and schedule, and excel in scope management from proposal through closeout. • Assist with the development of and adherence to work plans, assist the Principal in Charge (PIC) with fee development, and monitor project financial status related to the scope.
