As the Project Interior Designer, you will…Oversee the development of BIM/Revit design and documentation of drawings.Manage the team with a supportive understanding of the value of design.Oversee the team's production and coordination of construction documents, including consultant coordination, and manage the client's goals, budget, and schedule.Develop designs with an understanding of the impact of building codes, agency, and jurisdictional requirements, and provide training to less experienced staff.Maintain the budget and schedule throughout the construction administration phase.Oversee and coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and staff.Oversee furniture selection and specifications, ensuring compliance with client standards and code requirements, and provide training to others.Participate in all phases of the design and project documentation process, and be able to manage a variety of projects simultaneously.Demonstrate consistent time management skills, complete tasks accurately and on schedule, and mentor less experienced staff in time management.Assist project leaders in the preparation of project management plans and adhere to these plans.Acquire work through the development of client trust, relationships, and a reputation for consistent project management.Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
