Looking for a company that is GROWING and offers over sixty years of combined experience? • Produce as-built drawings, create imaginative and practical design solutions, mood boards, and prepare floor plans (sketching and/or CAD) and elevation drawings for a preliminary client meeting. • Recommend finishes, fixtures, materials, appliances, and other miscellaneous items unique to each job and assist the client in shopping at showrooms if necessary for assigned projects as well as other clients. • Strong knowledge and understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite as well as proficiency in or ability to quickly become proficient in needed software such as CoConstruct. Experience: • Residential construction design: 2 years (Required) • Chief Architect: 1 year (Preferred) • Revit/CAD: 3 years (Preferred)
