Project Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION Dmitriy & Co, the eponymous furniture design house known for its refined upholstery collection, is seeking a Project Lead who is looking to grow long term at our expanding Los Angeles workroom. RESPONSIBILITIES: \\- Reviews and submits orders into production and leads throughout fabrication to track progress, maintain timelines and ensure flawless execution \\- Ensures all order details and statuses are accurately reflected and updated in real time \\- Conducts weekly production review meetings with workroom team \\- Strategizes and implements tools to scale growing production volume \\- Acts as workroom liaison and point of contact for sales team to answer any production related questions and follow up regarding outstanding project details/materials \\- Manages COM fabric and Dmitriy & Co fabric collection \\- Schedules order pick-ups/releases with 3rd party shippers SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: \\- 3-5 years of project management experience in the furniture and/or interior design industry \\- Flexible, proactive and self- motivated individual who can both lead a team and be a team player \\- Very high attention to detail and organizational skills \\- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment \\- Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills \\- Knowledge of Gmail and Microsoft Office \\- Spanish speaking, ability to read technical drawings, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Smartsheet is preferred TO APPLY: Please send an email with subject "Project Lead Position" and include the following.
