The position requires knowledge of building codes, CAD, construction management, and interior design drawings. The Project Lead is responsible for directing a team by managing all aspects of a project. This position requires experience working with large scale amenities, resort style clubhouses, sales offices, spas, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented with a good understanding of construction documents and millwork; and have the ability to complete a full construction drawing set and experience with furniture and fabrics specifications. Must also possess very strong creative passion, organization, communication, and time management skills with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial interiors.
