Hertz Furniture's Project Management & Design Department seeks a PROJECT Manager. Commercial furnishings sales and project management a plus. Must be capable of managing all aspects of Turnkey Furniture design and installs for new construction and renovation projects. Responsible for: Product Demonstration and Specification based on design and needs of client Fabric and Finish Selections based on design concepts and architectural concepts CAD Design and Support Correspondence and communications with clients and sales staff Onsite supervision of installation and punch list Making presentations of our services to potential clients MUST be available to travel within a regional territory, possess knowledge of CAD drawings, 3D modeling (Giza 2020 preferred) . The ideal candidate will have experience specific to educational FF&E; and be able to work long/odd hours in an unsupervised environment.
