Description: The Project Manager will design and manage large-scale commercial and residential projects, prepare schematic and conceptual presentation materials, prepare construction documents and specifications, present to review boards and clients, conduct site visits and prepare field observations, take direction from senior staff, and direct junior staff and sub-consultants as part of a collaborative team. Undergraduate or graduate degree in landscape architecture. Demonstrated ability to prepare landscape architectural drawings and specifications: concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Experience with local regulatory procedures and permitting.
