Project Manager | Architecture & Design

The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage, execute, and complete jobs to the highest standards of customer service after they have been sold by the Design & Sales Consultant. • Follow and communicate any necessary changes regarding the materials and/or change orders. • Coordinate with contractors and vendors at job sites on progress and key dates to ensure the job site is ready for template/install and that timelines are up to date. • Make visits to job sites for control and knowledge of the job's progress. Qualifications • A bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience in a similar position in lieu of the degree • 3-5 Years of successful project management experience • Stone industry experience is a big plus • Ability to read and/or create take-offs and construction drawings • Computer proficiency • Knowledge of project management software is desired • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Must have a current and valid driver's license
