Position OverviewLS3P is seeking a Project Manager for our Asheville office. You will be responsible for managing design projects, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high quality architectural solutions.ResponsibilitiesWork side by side in a team environment with Clients, Consultants, Design Leaders, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projectsPrepare strategic plans and serve as the primary contact with clientsResponsible for contract negotiations, billing, accounts receivable, performing close‑out and archiving duties for ProjectsManage budgets, schedules, and programs, including team assignments, estimating fees, determining scope of work, and proposal preparationResponsible for facilitating and sealing contract documents as the Architect in Responsible Charge, coordinating and obtaining sign‑off from quality assurance and studio/client leadership for all required tasksDevelop design assignments throughout all project phasesCoordinate architectural drawings across disciplinesSupport communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsPlay an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic prioritiesYour Strengths as a Project ManagerTechnical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documentsProficiency in Revit is preferredUnderstanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMALEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferredCollaborates closely with Project Architect to facilitate internal design team leadershipQualificationsRegistered Architect with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB‑accredited university8+ years of design experience is preferredBenefitsOngoing engagement with a fantastic design teamOpportunities to develop new skills and contribute to world‑class projectsParticipate in meaningful collaboration and research effortsA competitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional development allowance toward educational opportunitiesLeadership development and mentoring across sectors, markets, offices and the firmParticipation in community service and outreach supporting local and national organizationsFlexibility and balance in your scheduleLS3P recognizes the value of diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
