Responsibilities: Lead team through project design development aligned with scope and cost Responsible for regular communications with Client on project status and issues, keep project moving Making sure that the project team is staying informed of the clients, needs, wants and desires for their project. Working with the Project Interior Designer for the development and tracking of the project design schedule, with the use of the work plan/task list. Following up with the team to ensure that all deliverables are being completed in accordance with the project schedule Management of the Furnishings Design contract and trade contracts Meeting or exceeding internal and external client expectations.
