Project Manager - Commercial Team - Augusta

Responsibilities • Take responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction and for managing all aspects of multiple small to large complex projects • Apply sound knowledge of architectural principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields • Lead a collaborative and inclusive design process • Assist with budget management • Prepare design presentation materials • Partner with client and/or user group to develop design • Conduct code research and analysis and review with various agencies for approval • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and/or clients • Supervise and provide guidance regarding overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts • Ensure that the project meets environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic standards • Build, manage and nurture client relationships • Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIs • Be a thought leader, research and investigate concepts throughout design process • Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments • Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals • Serve as primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
