Project Manager & Designer

Charlotte Barnes Interior Design, a high-end interior design firm based in Greenwich, seeks a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Manager/Designer. This is a full time in-office position with travel to out of state project sites required. Key responsibilities include: - Create and manage project budgets, schedules, installation timelines and project to-do list - Prepare materials, schedule and attend all client meetings, including design meetings and site visits - Produce furniture plans and elevations in AutoCAD - Create work orders for custom furniture designs, upholstery and window treatments - Prepare proposals and purchase orders using Design Manager - Source furniture, fabric, hardware & accessories - Place, process and manage vendor orders - Create paint, lighting, hardware, and tile schedules for contractors - Coordinate deliveries to project sites and warehouse storage facility, managing international shipments and customs - Organize and oversee project... installations - Represent firm at meetings with clients, architects, contractors and vendors
