Desired Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Construction Project Management, Flooring & Remodeling Project Management, Installations or similar role • Knowledge of kitchen & bath remodeling or interior finishes (REQUIRED) • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (REQUIRED) • Advanced time management & interpersonal skills • Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively • Excellent client relationship skills • Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities • Strong personal & professional ethics • Ability to adapt & respond quickly to a shifting reality & adjust initiatives/priority accordingly • Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations.
