Managing tenant improvement and interior renovation projects for retail bank branches, the full-time Project Manager - Interiors will serve as a primary liaison among clients, branch leadership, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress to align with client objectives Coordinate preparation and review of project documentation, facilitating reviews throughout all phases of the project Assist in the selection and oversight of vendors and contractors, managing requisitions and change orders effectively Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction or engineering Experience with tenant improvement and interior construction projects preferred Proven track record of managing projects with direct accountability Strong organizational and scheduling skills with adherence to compliance standards
