Day-to-day management of the project team (concept through contract documents and contract administration) as well as the client and consultant teams.Staffing assignments required to meet project milestones.The project team, and participates in the in development, reviews and technical aspects of the design execution of a project.Project scheduling and financial performance of projects.Construction budget reviews and value engineering efforts across the life of the project. Qualifications: 10+ years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager on a range of interior architectural project types including multifamily & hospitality.Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams.Experience interfacing with clients and collaborating with Architecture & Consultant teams.Experience negotiating project scope, fees and budgets, both internal and external.Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.Knowledge of construction details, building codes and accessibility standards.Proficiency with Revit.Capability with Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam.Bachelor or Master\'s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.Ability to Commute: Baltimore, MD 21202 (Required).Work Location: Hybrid, In person 3 days a week (Required).Licensure is required - Architecture or NCIDQ .
