Project Manager - Interior Design/Architecture

ABOUT THE ROLE The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and completing all aspects of project management, from start of project through to installation. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee budgeting, schedules, projections and client correspondence for all projects * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation * Ensure project timelines, deadlines and client expectations are managed and met * Manage project workflow such as client proposals, estimates, and project schedules * Assist design team with client correspondence, presentations and site meetings when needed * Support design team in managing projects from start to finish, including post installation punch lists * Assist team in setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects * Depending on experience, review and approve drawings and samples to assure they are consistent with design intent and specifications * Develop and maintain excellent relationships with vendors and outside consultants * Provide general administrative and operations support as needed QUALIFICATION/SKILLS: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design or Architecture required * At least 7+ years professional experience in Interior Design, Architecture or Construction in a similar role * Working knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp or similar design software required * Proficient in iOS, Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite; Overall aptitude to learn new software * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proven work experience in Project Management in a fast pace environment * Extremely detailed oriented and thorough, with strong follow-up skills * Creative problem solver, proactive, and results driven attitude * Working knowledge of Studio Designer a plus
