Project Manager - Interior Design (WDD)

As a liaison for the WDD design team, the Project Manager is the studio’s project team leader for the project management process at every phase of design and development. The Project Manager leads, and at times guides the internal and external peer consultant team members in the management and interdisciplinary coordination of all design documents and specifications, ensuring the highest quality of design representation for use and coordination by the entire project team. Required: • Bachelors/Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or Project Management from an accredited academic institution • Minimum of 6-8 years of design and/or project management and/or experience with leading design teams, including a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in significant hospitality and/or entertainment-related design projects • Must have recently completed (with-in the past 24 months) significant resort hospitality projects through construction administration with field and project closeout experience • Previous experience working within a design firm as a Designer or Project Manager The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
