As a Project Manager in our Raleigh office, you will lead and coordinate a team of architects and interior designers to deliver exceptional projects, ensuring design excellence from concept through construction. What You Will Do • Lead and manage all phases of projects, including concept design, schematic development, construction documentation, and project execution. • Effective at leading and grow internal teams. • Ability to navigate complex client relationships and maintain strong professional partnerships. • Notice: At Gensler a Project Manager will have the job title of Design Manager and operate in this capacity for alignment with internal programs, doing business with clients and compliance with industry and government regulations.
