Project Manager - Interior Design

Key Responsibilities • Manage FF&E and interior design projects from concept implementation through final installation and delivery • Interpret design plans and ensure specifications are executed accurately • Develop, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships • Collaborate with designers, architects, vendors, installers, and logistics partners • Provide proactive updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Anticipate challenges in design or logistics and implement solutions quickly • Maintain quality control, ensuring both design intent and client standards are achieved • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and improve future performance Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent industry experience • 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in interior design, FF&E, or hospitality • Proven ability to interpret and execute design documents, specifications, and schedules • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management is highly valued • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus, but design and client delivery focus is key • Known for creativity, accountability, and thriving in fast-paced environments Why You’ll Love Working Here • Be part of a collaborative, high-energy team that values trust, care, and creativity • Work on exciting projects that bring design visions to life in hospitality and interior design • Opportunity to impact every stage of the customer experience from concept to completion • Learn and grow in an environment that blends design expertise with operational excellence • Enjoy the stability and resources of Mesa Systems while working in a creative, supportive culture Trivergix is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
